This was such a novel idea to use the actual packaging itself! I like the tree centered the way it is. The texture in the hand dyed fabric makes an interesting background.
What a clever idea to use the actual packaging for embellishments on this quilt. We talked in class about the centering but I think it is fine because of the falling leaf. You might add one more falling leaf or maybe a bird in flight near the tree at the top on the left for an additional element.
