Create one or more postcard sized art quilts (4” x 6”). Try something new for you with the technique, style, color, motif, edge finish, embellishment, etc. It doesn’t have to be mailable…but it’s fun if it is (tutorials below). Consider donating a postcard quilt to one of the organizations that collect them for fundraising (see below). Make an extra one or more if you want to exchange with others.
Note: If you plan to mail your postcard, use a first class stamp, not a postcard stamp, since it will be thicker than a postcard. If your back is fabric rather than cardstock, use glue to affix the stamp.
