Challenge 49 - Broken Circles and Gesalt Principle of Closure

Art Quilt Challenge Group                  April 11, 2015/due May 9, 2015         at Lyons Quilting

Challenge  49          Broken Circles/Gesalt principal of Closure

Use broken, divided, interrupted, unwound, incomplete, lopsided, gesalt circles in your piece.  An unwound circle is a spiral, a circle set free.  A broken circle might be a half circle or a shattered circle.  A divided circle might be the yinyang symbol or peace sign.  Gesalt closure is when your mind sees a circle even though it is not a whole circle (viewer's perception completes the shape)
