30 Day Challenge:  Challenge yourself to do try something for 30 days.  Try something new, different, healthy, fun, creative or crazy for every day for 30 days!                          

·        Take a photo every day for a month

·        Draw every day for a month

·        Write every day for a month (journal, essays, memoirs, blog, etc)

·        Give up TV for a month

·        Eat Paleo (or whatever) for a month

·        Write down and analyze your dreams for a month
