I like the way the color blobs on the fish resemble paint on an artist's palette. The dark outline around the fish emphasizes the feeling of movement. The bubbles are very effective in conveying a watery background.
The use of colors from the packaging is great and it reminds me of an aquarium with tropicals. I notice the fish have no eyes - I think you could have given them some with beads or buttons and possibly used a lighter gray color for some of the bubbles instead of the dark black. The white portions in the fabric makes me think of sunlight shinning through from the surface. It's a happy quilt and I'm sure was fun to make.
